The four WPS files are provided under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported License. It basically means you can fix them if RockBox changes break them, and that you can create new themes based on them if you give me credit and use the same license.

The icons were created from the Silk icon pack, located here: http://www.famfamfam.com/lab/icons/silk/ It's under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License.
